Attended the San Diego FIBI REI Club this evening. Reggie Lal, Bill Tan (from San Diego Creative REI Club) and Eric Wikstrom spoke. Eric S., president of the North San Diego REI Club was there too! An investment club partnership agreement is actually the safest and most sound way to go about creating an investment club. Be sure to have this agreement in place if you enter into an investment club. Be sure all parties are signatories to the agreement. When a partner withdraws from the partnership, consider always requiring a hold harmless agreement from them to the partnership and all of the other parties as part of that withdrawal.
